About

Jill Dell is a licensed hypnotherapist in Washington State and the owner of Designed to Live, a private practice she has operated in the Seattle area since 2013. Her work focuses on helping people create meaningful, sustainable change by addressing the underlying patterns, beliefs, and responses that shape behavior and experience.

Jill is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Empowerment®, and Hypnotherapy, and a Certified Access Bars® Facilitator. Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from multiple modalities to support change in a way that is practical, respectful, and aligned with each individual’s goals and values.

At the core of Jill’s work is the belief that lasting change comes from awareness, alignment, and shifting patterns at their source — not from force or willpower alone. She works collaboratively with clients to support clarity, confidence, and forward movement.

Outside of her practice, Jill enjoys time with her husband, children, and grandchildren and feels deeply connected to the outdoors. She spends her free time skiing, kayaking, hiking, swimming, biking, and backpacking throughout the Pacific Northwest, and completed over 1,850 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail in 2024–2025.

Jill is also active in her community, serving as Royal Matron of the Order of Amaranth (2019–2020 and 2025–2026 term years), a service-based fraternal organization supporting diabetes research. She additionally volunteers as an administrator for a neighborhood community gifting group of over 1,200 members.

It’s your life. Own it. Design it. Live it.
